The typewritten Abstract is reproduced photographically. Contributors are requested to send papers of 3-5 pages. Abstracts submitted as camera-ready copy must be on good quality paper of A4 (21.6 x 29.7 cm) or US Letter (21.6 x 27.9 cm) size paper. Ideally Abstracts should be laser printed using 12 pt Times Roman font with 1.5 line spacing. All graphics must be inserted into text. All graphics and text must be placed in an image area of 17 cm wide and 25.7 cm high. Margins to create this image area from standard size paper are:
Margins: Top Left Right Bottom
A4: 2.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 (cm)
US Letter: 1.1 2.3 2.3 1.1 (cm)
A space of 2 cm should be left blank at the top of the first page followed by the title (bold 18 pt, Times Roman with initial caps), authors' names (bold 12 pt, Times Roman, including the first name, middle initial and an asterisk for the presenter), and address (italic 12 pt, Times Roman). The Abstract should be sent, in duplicate, to the following address, by April 5, 2000.
