Associate Membership

So far, the Group's associate membership was available to manufacturing corporations only, but starting from 1998, the associate membership can be offered to all types of corporations regardless of whether they are exhibiting products at workshop meetings or advertising using any of JCCF information media.

The associate membership fee of JCCF is 100,000 yen which allows registration of up to three individuals who can attend workshop sponsored by JCCF free of charge (charges will be made for social events). A person of the registered individuals choice may attend, in his stead, these meetings. Associate members¹⁾ may, in addition, demonstrate their products and distribute catalogs²⁾ on the occasion of such meetings, as well as to advertise in the JCCF Journal, subject to payment of applicable dues.

Associate members are requested to register in advance up to three acting individuals.(As already mentioned, other persons may attend lectures in their stead, although such attendance must be made in the name of registered individuals).

We are pleased to report that product exhibitions at the workshop meetings have been very popular among the JCCF members, as unique occasion of information exchange between manufacturers and users. It is hoped that you will support our activity in the capacity of associate members.

1) Please note that the regular member is not entitled to exhibit products or to advertise in JCCF Journal. 2) As we can supply only Japanese instruction manuals for exhibition, we strongly recommend finding a Japanese agency to exhibit your products.

All notices as well as invitations of JCCF, will be sent to the representative (first) acting person named in the membership registration. Therefore, in naming the first acting individual, the members are requested to make sure that the person is fully aware of his responsibility to make payment of membership dues and to keep other acting persons informed of such notices from JCCF. Invoice for membership dues and the registration form will be mailed to the representative person in due course.
